Finance & Performance Analyst

About the Role: We’re looking for a numbers-driven finance professional who can manage CaseCrushers’ accounts, analyze sales & ad performance, and provide insights to guide future growth. You’ll be the person who keeps the business financially healthy and helps predict trends so we can scale smartly. Responsibilities: Maintain and update accounting records (sales, expenses, payouts, ad spends). Track daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics (revenue, ROAS, CPP, CTR, conversion rates). Create reports & dashboards that combine financial + marketing performance. Analyze trends and give data-driven predictions for sales, demand, and ad scaling. Support in budgeting, cost control, and profitability planning. Work with the founder/marketing team to make strategy decisions based on numbers. Requirements: Strong background in accounting/finance (Excel or Google Sheets expert). Knowledge of performance metrics in e-commerce/ads (ROAS, CTR, CPA, conversion rates). Analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns and forecast outcomes. Experience with data visualization tools (Excel dashboards, Google Data Studio, etc.) is a plus.
