Job Description

About the Role: We’re looking for a persuasive and energetic Telecaller who can connect with our existing CaseCrushers customers, pitch our new mystery cases, and close sales with special offers. Your role is to build relationships, upsell, and ensure customers keep coming back for more thrilling experiences. Responsibilities: Call and follow up with existing/past customers to promote new murder mystery cases. Pitch curated offers, discounts, and bundles to maximize conversions. Maintain customer data, feedback, and call records. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets through effective communication. Work closely with the marketing team to understand offers and case highlights. Requirements: Strong communication skills in English & Hindi. Prior experience in telecalling/sales/customer support preferred. Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently. Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-driven personality. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome. What We Offer: Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives.
