Key Responsibilities Good understanding of the data sources and data structure of logistics department Must handle widespread operations reporting which includes reports specic to : Outbound delivery register, Logistics dispatch report, Transit damage report & Insurance claim report Support accounts payable team to facilitate the payment Ability to gather, clean, visualize and with logistics data set in a simplied manner Must be able to function eectively and and manage multiple inquiries Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner Develop MIS process documentation for smooth operations

Ideal Candidate Good understanding of MS Excel/google sheet Education background Degree or Diploma with 2-4 years experience in Automotive eld Should be aware of data analysis, supply chain analysis and Logistics analysis
