About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving capability building and performance enhancement across Treebo.

This role will focus 70% on Sales Training (primarily B2B and corporate sales enablement) and 30% on organizational training initiatives for all other functions such as Operations, Customer Experience, HR, Finance, Technology, and other support functions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Training

  • Deep understanding of hospitality sales, especially in the B2B/corporate segment.
  • Familiarity with key industry metrics such as RevPAR, ADR, and Occupancy.
  • Design and deliver induction, refresher, and advanced programs for sales teams.
  • Develop content on CRM adoption, pitching, negotiation, objection handling, and account management.
  • Conduct role plays and simulations for scenarios involving hotel owners, travel agents, and corporate clients.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales teams across geographies, especially Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities.
  • Identify performance gaps early and create individual improvement plans.



Organizational Training

  • Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps across functions (Operations, Customer Experience, HR, Finance, Technology, etc.).
  • Design and deliver training programs in areas such as:
  • Customer Service Excellence (for CX teams)
  • Process Adherence & SOP Training (for Operations)
  • Leadership & Managerial Development (for people managers)
  • Compliance, HR, and Policy Training
  • Functional Upskilling (Finance, Tech, and corporate functions)
  • Build a structured training calendar for all departments.
  • Create scalable content assets—SOP videos, e-learning modules, playbooks, and checklists.


Process, Measurement & Enablement

  • Own and manage a company-wide L&D framework.
  • Track training impact, adoption, and ROI across functions.
  • Utilize CRM/LMS platforms for monitoring and reporting.
  • Continuously improve training effectiveness based on feedback and outcomes.


What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in hotel sales or sales training, with exposure to the B2B/corporate segment
  • Ability to balance specialist sales training with generalist L&D programs.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ), strong interpersonal skills, and coaching ability.
  • Energetic, hands-on, and proactive—thrives in a high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
