Role Description

Lead Generation Specialist

This is a hands-on leadership position — you’ll define the strategy, execute campaigns, test new approaches, and continuously refine performance to support DIGI PACE’s business growth.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the end-to-end

    lead generation strategy

    for DIGI PACE TECHNOLOGIES.
  • Plan and execute

    multi-channel campaigns

    , including:
  • Email marketing
  • Social media lead generation
  • Paid ads (LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
  • Content marketing
  • Webinars, partnerships, and industry events
  • Manage and segment lead databases, nurturing sequences, and pipelines.
  • Implement and maintain

    lead scoring models

    to improve qualification accuracy.
  • Analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and share performance reports with leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on ICP, messaging, and lead quality.
  • Continuously

    optimize campaigns

    through A/B testing and performance insights.
  • Identify and explore new channels, tools, and automation opportunities for better ROI.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, B2B marketing tools, and lead generation best practices.



Requirements

  • Proven experience in

    B2B lead generation

    , preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital services.
  • Strong understanding of

    outreach, automation, and funnel optimization

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools

    .
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution and project management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated professional who can work independently and take ownership.
  • Experience managing

    LinkedIn and Google Ads

    is a plus.



Nice to Have

  • Experience working with IT consulting, software development, or tech service companies.
  • Familiarity with
