About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive with experience in the IT Software Services or Product industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating qualified leads via LinkedIn, Apollo.io, Kriips, email campaigns, and other outbound strategies. You’ll work closely with the founders and sales team to drive top-of-funnel growth and build a strong pipeline of prospects across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients across geographies using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Kriips.
Build and manage lead lists tailored to industry, location, or tech stack filters.
Craft compelling cold emails, InMails, and outreach sequences to initiate conversations.
Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and pain points.
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and demo calls with high-intent leads.
Maintain up-to-date records in CRM tools and report on lead generation metrics weekly.
Continuously experiment with subject lines, messaging, and targeting for better conversions.
Requirements:
1–3 years of proven experience in B2B Lead Generation, preferably in IT Services or Product companies.
Hands-on experience with outreach tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Kriips.
Excellent research, written communication, and targeting skills.
Familiarity with email marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho).
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of tech services like Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, or IT Staffing is a plus.
Nice to Have:
Experience with outreach to international clients (US, EU, MENA).
Past success with scheduling sales-qualified meetings (SQLs).
Familiarity with automation tools like Lemlist, Instantly, or Mailshake.
