Lead Generation Specialist — VR / Games / XR


Location: Noida (On-site)

Employment: Full-time

Experience: 2–5 years in B2B tech/services lead generation or inside sales

About the Role

Hapz Software Solutions builds immersive VR/AR training, simulations, and games for clients across construction, healthcare, manufacturing, defence, and education.


As a Lead Generation Specialist, your primary focus will be to fuel our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-potential prospects through online platforms, outbound outreach, and targeted campaigns. You’ll be the first touchpoint for new opportunities and play a key role in scaling our global business.


Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead Generation & Prospecting


  1. Daily outreach via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, email, and partnerships.
  2. Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists.
  3. Run outreach sequences and secure discovery calls with key decision-makers (e.g., Training Heads, Safety Directors, CTOs, Product/Studio Heads).


🔹 Upwork Bidding & Online Portals


  1. Identify XR/Game project opportunities and write targeted proposals.
  2. Manage proposal follow-ups and support the sales team in closing.


🔹 Sales Support


  1. Qualify leads and hand them over to Business Development for scoping and closing.
  2. Maintain accurate lead data and pipeline tracking in CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho/Pipedrive/ClickUp).
  3. Support preparation of decks, case studies, and responses to RFPs.



Success Metrics


  1. Generate 5–8 qualified meetings/week.
  2. Contribute to 6–10 proposals/month.
  3. Maintain strong response/meeting rates.
  4. Keep CRM updated with accurate pipeline stages.


Must-Have Skills


  1. Proven lead generation experience (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or other portals).
  2. Excellent written and spoken English; clear proposal writing and communication.
  3. Understanding of XR/Game services (Unity, Unreal, Quest/PC-VR) at a business level.
  4. Strong CRM discipline and a **data-driven mindset**.
  5. Ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) for research, drafting, and follow-ups.



Good to Have


  1. Prior sales/lead gen experience in XR/Gaming/Simulation, Web/App development, or enterprise training.
  2. Familiarity with cold-email tools (Apollo/Instantly) and verification tools (Hunter/NeverBounce).
  3. Basic knowledge of ROI for XR training (safety, cost savings, productivity).
  4. Flexibility to overlap with US/Europe time zones.
