Job Description

Job Title: Lead Generation Executive
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site
Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted research to generate qualified leads using online platforms and directories
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other B2B tools to identify decision-makers
  • Create and execute personalized outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and discovery calls for the sales team
  • Track performance metrics including conversion rates and lead pipeline status

Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools
  • Strong research and data mining skills
  • Understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification frameworks (BANT, CHAMP)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Hunter.io, Apollo.io, Snov.io
  • Experience with outreach automation tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
