Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process with focus on bulk hiring across industries. Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates. Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and campus drives. Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews for candidates as per client needs. Maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and smooth coordination. Build and manage a candidate pipeline for recurring and future hiring. Ensure timely closures of open positions with quality candidates. Prepare recruitment trackers and reports for internal and client updates. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of recruitment experience (bulk hiring experience preferred). Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques & job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. What We Offer Competitive CTC of ₹4 LPA . 6 days working (Monday–Saturday).
