Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Gen Executive to drive international business development in the GIS, Mapping, and Engineering services domain. This role focuses on building a qualified prospect pipeline, nurturing leads, and contributing to revenue growth through consistent sales efforts and client engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and manage a comprehensive prospect/client database for international markets. Identify and qualify prospects, ensuring a strong and relevant pipeline. Execute lead generation activities including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and other outreach strategies. Nurture leads with structured follow-up mechanisms, ensuring consistent engagement and conversion opportunities. Achieve lead generation, account acquisition, and revenue targets. Collaborate with technical teams to align customer needs with solutions. Produce, manage, and present sales reports highlighting productivity, pipeline growth, and prospecting activities. Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to strengthen positioning. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geoinformatics, Business, or related field (Optional). 06–1 years of inside sales experience, preferably in GIS, Mapping, Engineering, or IT services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to engage international clients. Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospect qualification, and cold calling in global markets. Experience working with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and reporting dashboards. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
