We're Hiring - Lead Generation Executive (Medicare Process) 

Location: Thane (Office-based role only)

Shift: US Shift (Night shift) 

Salary: 3 to 4 LPA (Based on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking energetic and driven Lead Generation Executive to join our Medicare Sales Campaign. This is a great opportunity for candidates with prior US calling experience to build a stable career in the US Healthcare & Medicare process with structured training, long-term growth, and attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to US customers for Medicare process campaigns.

Clearly explain healthcare and Medicare-related benefits to potential customers.

Handle objections effectively and maintain a professional conversation at all times.

Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines during every call.

Maintain accurate call records in the Vici Dialer system.

Collaborate with team members and participate in regular training sessions.

Requirements:

Experience: 6 months – 1 year of US calling experience (Medicare preferred).

Technical Skills: Knowledge of Vici Dialer is mandatory.

Communication: Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written).

Flexibility to work in night shifts and on weekends if required.

Strong sales aptitude, target-driven mindset, and customer-oriented approach.

Must be available to join by 7th October 2025 (training start date).

Office-based role only (No remote option).
