Job Description

We are looking for a smart and energetic Lead Generation & Sales Executive who can identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support the sales closure process. The role focuses on outbound and inbound lead generation for IT services, SaaS products, digital marketing, and automation solutions. This role is important for business growth and requires good communication, follow-up discipline, and basic sales understanding. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, WhatsApp, calls, websites, and other platforms Research target companies, decision makers, and business needs Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, authority, and timeline Maintain and update lead data in CRM regularly Sales Support Coordinate with sales managers for demos, meetings, and follow-ups Share product/service information clearly with prospects Assist in proposal sharing and basic pricing discussions Ensure timely follow-ups until conversion or closure Communication & Outreach Make outbound calls and emails to potential clients Handle inbound inquiries professionally Build long-term relationships with prospects Understand client pain points and map them to company offerings Reporting Maintain daily and weekly lead reports Track conversion ratios and pipeline status Share feedback from prospects with the product/sales team Required Skills Good spoken and written English (Hindi/Telugu is a plus) Confident phone and online communication skills Basic understanding of IT services, SaaS, or digital products Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email tools, or CRM systems Strong follow-up and negotiation mindset Target-oriented and self-motivated Preferred Qualifications Experience in IT services, SaaS, Digital Marketing, or Automation sales Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Exposure to US, GCC, or Indian B2B clients Basic understanding of lead funnels and conversion metrics What We Offer Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Clear growth path to Sales Manager / Business Development roles Learning exposure to SaaS, AI, WhatsApp automation, and enterprise clients Startup-style fast growth environment Opportunity to work on global clients Performance Metrics (KPIs) Number of qualified leads generated Meetings or demos scheduled Conversion rate from lead to opportunity Revenue contribution (direct or assisted)
