Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through LinkedIn, with the potential to explore additional opportunities across other bidding portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential clients, generate leads, and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs and position our services effectively.
• Maintain and update a database of prospective clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to client acquisition.
• Monitor and report on lead generation activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Good to Have:

• Basic knowledge of other bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour (PPH), etc.
• Experience in managing and optimizing bidding profiles to secure projects.
• Understanding of the sales cycle and the ability to align lead generation activities accordingly.

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably through LinkedIn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
