As a Lead Generation Executive at Electrify Services, you will play a crucial role in establishing the foundation for the Sales and Marketing teams. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Working closely with the Electrify leadership team to develop and implement effective prospecting strategies. - Conducting high-volume prospecting activities (60-100 per day) through calls, emails, and social media to generate and qualify leads. - Building contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities. - Demonstrating expertise in proposal drafting and effectively communicating the company's services and solutions to prospects. - Scheduling meetings and calls for the management team with new leads. - Staying updated on new products, services, and solutions. - Conducting needs qualification calls with assigned prospects. - Keeping the prospective client database updated and increasing company involvement with existing clients. You will have the opportunity to work on passion projects for 4 hours a week. Qualifications required for this role include: - 1+ years of successful sales experience in positioning a service or technology solution, preferably with an electronics background. - Knowledge of various lead generation tools and social media platforms. - Experience in calling on senior executives and technical decision-makers. - High energy levels, motivation, attention to detail, and a passion for sales and technology. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet performance goals, and deal with objections and rejection. - Previous sales experience demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas is a plus.
