Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other online platforms.
  • Research and identify potential clients across offshore markets (U.S., U.K., Europe, Middle East, APAC).
  • Extract and enrich lead data from tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, data scrapers, and other prospecting platforms.
  • Build and maintain a lead database with accurate and updated information.
  • Work closely with the sales team to share qualified leads for further engagement.
  • Track and manage daily outreach activities using CRM tools.
  • Follow up consistently on warm and previously contacted leads.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Report lead metrics and activity status to the senior.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 01 to 02 years of experience in lead generation or demand generation (preferably in the IT/software services industry).
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research skills and ability to identify key decision-makers.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated to work independently.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, ERP, CRM, or Power BI solutions (preferred but not mandatory).
