Your Role & Responsibilities Design, prototype, and develop real-time interactive 3D applications using Unreal Engine. Create, extend, and maintain core gameplay features, tools, and systems using C++ and Blueprints . Collaborate with artists, designers, and backend engineers to implement seamless visual and functional experiences. Handle lighting, post-processing, material creation, and performance optimization for smooth gameplay across platforms. Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and inconsistencies across devices. Optimize game assets, memory usage, and rendering pipelines for mobile, desktop, and VR platforms. Implement and work with AI behaviors, animation blueprints, and cinematic sequences . Take ownership of entire features/modules from concept to implementation and iteration. Skills & Qualifications ✅ Must-Have: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Unreal Engine 4/5 development. Strong command over C++ programming and Unreal Blueprints . Experience with creating gameplay mechanics, input systems, and UI implementation. Knowledge of 3D mathematics, physics, and game engine architecture. Experience in profiling and performance tuning for real-time applications. Strong understanding of lighting, shaders, and material systems in Unreal.
