The ideal candidate is an all-rounder who can generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, communicate with clients, and collaborate with the tech team to close deals. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Lead Generation & Bidding: • Strong experience in Upwork bidding – identifying, pitching, and securing high-value projects. • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator & other lead generation tools to identify and reach potential clients. • Explore other technical lead generation channels for outbound and inbound strategies. ✔ Sales Pipeline & Client Communication: • Maintain and update the sales pipeline to track opportunities from lead to closure. • Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. • Work closely with the tech team to prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations. ✔ Closing Deals & Target Achievement: • Own and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets consistently. • Use AI-powered tools to optimize lead research, email writing, and proposal creation. • Act as a leader, initiating strategies and taking full ownership of the business development process.
