Minimum 8 years' experience as a Business Analyst.

Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse complex problems, identify solutions and implement them efficiently.

Project management: Skills in planning & executing.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members, stakeholders and clients.

Analytical skills: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed decisions.

Hands-on experience working in Agile methodology.

Good experience in driving all the scrum ceremonies.

Requirement gathering techniques.

User stories.

UML.

Documentation.

Conflict management.

Validating requirements.
