CMS, FAS, TRAMS, LTS, ASM, VMX, WINGSFM etc,COBOL ,CICS,DevOps & Agile.Job Locations : Hyderabad,pune,BengaluruExperience : 8 to 12 YearsEducation Qualification : Any GraduationEmployment Type : ContractNotice Period : Immediate - 10 Days Job description:-Execute technical lead role for medium to large projectsDesign, Code, Test, Debug, and Record COBOL programs in CICS/VSAM/JCL environmentUnderstand the Design and Requirements and develop and execute custom application features and functionsUnderstand the BRD and break the requirements into MVPs and storiesCollaborate with Architects, Solution Analysis, SMEs from various teams to drive the right solution and outcomeCreate estimates for medium to large size projectsCreate high level design and as well as analyse and develop code as per specificationsConduct peer review for design/code/Unit test resultsFollow standards and controls to ensure quality of outcomeSupport production deployment and post development implementation activitiesPerform application support as necessaryParticipate in and drive the Crisis Calls for production incidentsIdentify and work on system performance improvementMentor junior developers in the teamStakeholder managementTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:8+ experience in development and maintenance of complex banking applications such as credit card processingStrong knowledge of VisionPLUS product.Strong hands-on working knowledge in one or more VisionPLUS modules viz. CMS, FAS, TRAMS, LTS, ASM, VMX, WINGSFM etc.Strong knowledge of COBOL and CICSMust be well versed with Mainframe technologies such as Endevor, Changeman and batch scheduling activities.Experience in design and development of medium to high complex problemsGood knowledge and experience of DevOps & Agile disciplineStrong interpersonal and communications skillsExposure of working as a technical lead for small to medium size projects
