Responsibilities
8-12 years of experience as Lead Business Analyst for Software development
- Solid Knowledge and related experience on Finance domain
- Responsible for all the technical deliveries of the scrum team.
- Capability to effectively communicate tor Business/Product Owner, articulate BRD and translate the requirements to DevelopmentTeam.
- Capability to create a detailed business analysis by outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business process or feature.
- Capability to perform budgeting, forecasting, planning, monitoring, pricing, and reporting
- Should be able to provide BDD scenarios for JIRA stories
- Should be a self-driven, motivated and have strong passion to comprehend systems architecture, end to end.
- Should have experience in coordinating onsite/offshore team members. Delivery ownership for offshore deliverables.
- Should be able to estimate from high level requirement and do an independent estimate from detailed functional specification
- Should have automation and innovative thought process to improve value chains and processes.
- Understanding of Agile practices (daily scrum, iteration planning, retrospective, test driven, model storming) and follow the same.
- Meticulously review the design, test cases and code
- Responsible for Testing - Smoke Tests, Unit Tests, and Integration Tests.

- Lead Business Analyst with 8-12 years of experience for software development with effective communication skills and good understanding on Agile@Scale Framework
- Understanding business strategies, goals, and requirements
- Stocking and grooming the product backlog refers to maintaining the product backlog
- Facilitate sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions, as well as to ensure that the development team clearly understands the user stories they are working on.
- Document the processes involved in the software development life cycle like documenting the requirements, design, testing, and deployment phases.
- Identifying and prioritizing the organization's functional and technical needs and requirements
- Using SQL and Excel to analyze large data sets
- Compiling charts, tables, and other elements of data visualization
- Planning enterprise architecture (the structure of a business)
- Effectively drive Operational Committees / Business Relationship Meetings
- Effective presentations on relevant topics to stakeholders and teams
- Groom junior Business Analysts on the respective domain / applications
- Define project catalogue in coordination with stakeholders for upcoming Production releases.
- Experience with agile methodology (Scrum). Knowledge on CD initiatives -creating & executing tests using test driven (TDD) and BDD approach.
