This role requires deep technical expertise in Linux systems , Teamcenter architecture , eQube , TcRA , and a wide range of PLM components. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading teams, managing client relationships independently, and implementing AI Ops strategies for proactive monitoring and automation. A strong understanding of security infrastructure , including Siteminder , FMS , firewall settings , and related services, is essential. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute Teamcenter upgrades and environment migrations across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production. Administer and maintain Teamcenter PLM environments on Linux and Windows platforms. Install, configure, and manage eQube and TcRA , including UI components and reporting dashboards. Configure and maintain Teamcenter Dispatcher framework on both Windows and Linux. Install and manage JBoss/Wildfly application servers. Design, deploy, and manage BMIDE configurations , templates, and extensions. Develop and maintain Teamcenter workflows , handlers, and process templates. Integrate Teamcenter with ERP, CAD (NX) , and other enterprise systems using TcIC . Perform database administration (Oracle, SQL Server), including performance tuning, backups, and optimization. Troubleshoot complex issues using deep understanding of Teamcenter architecture and system logs. Implement and adapt AI Ops strategies for predictive monitoring, anomaly detection, and automated remediation. Lead and mentor PLM support teams, manage task assignments, and ensure delivery excellence. Act as a client-facing lead , managing expectations, providing expert guidance, and ensuring satisfaction.
