We are seeking a Self-Driven, Pro-active and accountable BA who will liaison between ADP/Workday and other internal/external teams. This person will gather requirements, facilitate discussions, and translate business needs into technical specifications for the integration teams. Ensure stakeholders and developers understand and are aligned with the requirements, support testing and implementation closely working with the stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical acumen, hands-on experience managing complex integrations, and exceptional leadership and communication skills to ensure seamless design, execution and delivery.
· Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders.
· Document functional and technical integration requirements in ADO.
· Liaise between ADP, Workday, development teams and other stakeholders.
· Ensure clear communication and alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
· Support testing, validation, and sign-off processes.
· Manage change requests and process improvements.
· Demonstrate strong attention to detail and due diligence across all activities.
· Have a Continuous Improvement mindset to accelerate automation, reusability, responsible use of AI and process enhancements that drive delivery excellence and efficiency.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, Finance or related field.
· 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in HR/Payroll domains.
· Strong knowledge of ADP payroll and Workday HCM.
· Experience working with integration or implementation projects.
· Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
· Experience in documenting business process flows and technical specifications.
· Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and data transformation frameworks.
· Excellent analytical, design, and documentation skills.
· Excellent Problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional and globally diverse teams across time zones.
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
