Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Lead Business Analyst to lead the analysis and design of business solutions that drive operational excellence and digital transformation. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Analysis & Solution Design

  • Lead the end-to-end requirements gathering process, translating business needs into clear, actionable documentation.
  • Analyze complex business problems and propose innovative, scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop business cases, process models, and functional specifications to support solution design and implementation.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations based on data and analysis.

Project Delivery & Support

  • Support project planning, prioritization, and execution across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
  • Partner with QA and development teams to validate solutions through testing and feedback loops.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  • Monitor solution performance post-implementation and recommend enhancements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in business analysis and digital transformation.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years with proven success in leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Methodologies: Experience with Agile, Scrum, and SDLC frameworks.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
