Lead Business Analyst

As a mature Lead Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience, your role involves articulating, negotiating, and finalizing product requirements with client business stakeholders. Your hands-on expertise will be crucial in producing deliverables like business process flows, requirement specifications/user stories, and business scenarios. Working with Agile teams in a Product Owner role, you will lead requirement grooming, sprint planning, and collaborate with the software product development team. Additionally, you should have the capability to plan, track, and monitor the work for a group of product analysts/BAs, grooming them to develop product requirements. Your technical exposure should include understanding modern web/mobile application development and data structures. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing business problems faced by clients and suggesting solutions - Extracting functional details and understanding user needs to articulate product requirements - Communicating effectively with client stakeholders to finalize product business requirements - Expertly documenting requirements in a detailed manner using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or AHA - Creating wireframes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business scenarios - Managing product or project requirements, defining objectives, maintaining product backlog, and prioritizing features - Visualizing user interface features, highlighting usability challenges, and providing suggestions to UI/UX team - Collaborating with marketing, software development, quality control/testing, and UI design teams - Testing products during development stages, managing User Acceptance Testing, and overseeing system go-live - Developing user documentation, providing business support, and conducting user training with good presentation skills - Willingness to travel to client sites for short to medium durations when required Your role will be instrumental in driving the success of product development through effective communication, documentation, and collaboration with various stakeholders.,
