Job Requirement

  • Experience with insurance products, processes, and regulations.
  • Must have with exposure to Health, Life and Annuities.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, project management, and solution design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, SQL, and business intelligence tools.
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC):
  • Understanding of methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Skills in gathering, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications

B.E, B. Tech, MCA or equivalent experience, A masters degree or relevant certifications is a plus.

Experience Level

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in the insurance industry. 3-5 years of experience leading the daily activities of a Business Analysis team.
