How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

Global Supply Management (GSM) is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with the right suppliers to meet business needs and enable the enterprise to pay for the goods and services procured from its suppliers and partners (co-brand, corporate card clients, membership rewards, service establishment rebates and travel & lifestyle). Besides providing third party risk management, it is also responsible for managing the Travel and Entertainment (T&E) program for the enterprise.


Functional Description

The Lead Analyst in the Risk and Compliance team is responsible for ensuring high accuracy and consistency in compliance process through regular quality reviews. The role will focus on identifying risk exposures, ensuring adherence to internal controls, contract terms and driving continuous improvement through root cause analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end quality assurance checks, risk-based assessments, process control validation, and stakeholder engagement to enforce compliance throughout the contract life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the timely and accurate review of various payments processes – review payment calculations and documentation as per standard operating procedure and critical to quality list.
  • Strong understanding of risk and compliance domain - Identify recurring errors, gaps, or control, failures and - provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaboration with Operations team to drive corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Maintain robust documentation of review findings and prepare quality dashboards, root cause analysis and trends.
  • Support audits by ensuring appropriate documentation and response readiness.
  • Monitor process changes and their impact on quality metrics, proactively flagging potential risks.
  • Capable of supporting process improvement projects independently. Focus on value-add initiatives that improves process efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date critical to quality checklist and standard operating procedures for incentive payment quality review process.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in business, Risk Management or a related field (Professional certification preferred: e.g. CCCM, CRM, CISA).
  • 2-4 years of strong experience in Accounts Payable, Compliance, Audit, Risk management or quality control functions.
  • Hands-on experience with quality review, control testing, or assurance methodologies.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a challenging environment and on aggressive timelines.
  • Effective collaborator and be able to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and influence stakeholders
  • Knowledge of ERP system i.e. Oracle and proficient in MS office.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements through robust risk policies.
