Role Overview: Styli is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Key Accounts Manager to drive growth and maximize sales across our e-commerce marketplace partners. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for key platforms such as Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, Amazon, Tata Cliq, and Zepto, ensuring Styli achieves its revenue and brand objectives on these critical channels. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Account Management: Develop and implement comprehensive account plans for each assigned marketplace, aligning with Styli's overall e-commerce strategy and business goals. Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive aggressive sales growth through effective product listing, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and inventory management across all marketplaces. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders at Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, Amazon, Tata Cliq, Zepto, and other relevant platforms. Catalog & Content Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of product catalog creation, optimization, and merchandising to ensure accurate and compelling product listings that drive conversions. Promotions & Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor promotional activities, campaigns, and events in coordination with the marketing and merchandising teams to maximize visibility and sales. Inventory & Assortment Planning: Collaborate with the planning and supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels, manage stock allocation, and identify opportunities for assortment expansion based on marketplace trends and performance. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyze sales data, marketplace performance metrics, and competitive landscape to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to senior management. Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth operational processes, including order fulfillment, returns management, and customer service coordination with marketplace partners. Market Research & Insights: Stay updated on e-commerce industry trends, marketplace changes, and competitor activities to inform strategy and identify new growth avenues. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to achieve marketplace objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, e-Commerce, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce key account management, with a proven track record of managing and growing relationships with major Indian marketplaces (Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, Amazon, Tata Cliq, Zepto). Strong understanding of e-commerce business models, marketplace operations, and digital marketing strategies. Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using marketplace seller panels and e-commerce analytics tools. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in the fashion or lifestyle e-commerce industry is a plus. Show more Show less
