STYLI has quickly become a dominant force in the e-commerce fashion space across the GCC - Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, and Kuwait and in India. What you’ll do: We are looking for a dynamic and commercially astute eCommerce Lead (Marketplace) to lead and grow the Styli brand presence across leading third-party fashion marketplaces, including Namshi, Centrepoint, Noon, Amazon, 6th Street, Trendyol , and other regional platforms. The ideal candidate brings deep fashion category expertise , proven success in trading on online marketplaces , and the ability to unlock growth through data-driven insights, product positioning, and strategic assortment management . Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Strategy & Ownership Own the trading P&L for Styli across all third-party marketplaces in China, North America, Europe regions. Develop and execute the Styli marketplace growth strategy aligned with brand and regional goals. Lead commercial negotiations, onboarding, and performance reviews with marketplace partners. Fashion Trading & Merchandising Excellence Leverage deep category knowledge across fashion (menswear, womenswear, kids wear, footwear, accessories, etc.) to identify assortment gaps and growth opportunities. Align buying, pricing, and promotional strategies based on market trends, sell-through rates, competitor benchmarks, and consumer demand. Translate trading performance data into actionable insights to optimize supply-demand, pricing, design, and visual merchandising. Performance Management & Analytics Own daily/weekly/monthly trading performance reviews across all platforms. Build forecasting models and replenishment strategies to minimize out-of-stocks and maximize GMV and profitability. Partner with analytics, marketing, and operations teams to drive conversion, traffic, and ROI across channels. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with buying, planning, design, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver cohesive execution. Collaborate with content, pricing, and catalog teams to ensure listings are optimized per platform algorithms and consumer behavior. Qualifications & Skills: 8+ years of experience in fashion e-commerce trading , with at least 4 years focused on third-party marketplaces in China, North America, Europe. Deep understanding of fashion retail categories with hands-on experience managing assortments, pricing, demand planning, and performance trading. Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in driving GMV and margin growth on platforms like Namshi, Noon, Amazon, Trendyol, etc . Experience working in fast-paced, multi-brand or private label environments . Analytical mindset with advanced skills in Excel, BI tools , and marketplace analytics platforms . Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution and an agile, entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills. Preferred: Experience scaling a fashion brand within third-party marketplaces. Exposure to regional customer behavior and fashion trends across China, North America and Europe markets.
