IT Recruitment Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end hiring process for technology roles across various domains. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical recruitment, strong client relationship management skills, and the ability to deliver quality candidates within stipulated timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, evaluation, and interview coordination to offer negotiation and onboarding. Handle hiring for a range of technical roles such as Software Engineers, (Java, Python, Golang, React.Js, Node.Js ROR,), DevOps Engineers, QA/SDET, and Product/Platform Engineers. Product managers, UI UX Designers,Data Science, AI Engineers, ML Engineers,

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their hiring needs, culture, and business objectives. Provide consultative support to clients on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment strategies. Ensure consistent communication, timely updates, and a positive client experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events. Apply Boolean search and advanced sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates. Conduct detailed technical and behavioral screening to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.

Facilitate the offer process by aligning candidate expectations with company compensation structures and internal policies. Manage negotiation discussions to ensure mutual satisfaction and a smooth acceptance process.

Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate reports to track metrics like time-to-fill, conversion ratios, and candidate engagement. Contribute to building and maintaining a strong database of vetted technology professionals.

Qualifications & Skills

2+ years of experience in end-to-end IT/technical recruitment, preferably in Software product or SaaS environments. Proven success in client handling and stakeholder management. Strong understanding of technical skill sets, recruitment metrics, and market dynamics. Proficient in Boolean search, ATS tools, and data-driven hiring practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.
