The product portfolio includes leading platforms such as StorNext, ActiveScale, Myriad, and DXi , supporting diverse use cases in backup, archiving, analytics, media & entertainment, AI/ML , and enterprise IT environments. We are expanding our global product management team and are seeking a Product Manager in Bangalore to lead the DXi product line —a high-performance deduplication and backup appliance trusted by enterprises worldwide. Role Overview As the Product Manager – DXi , you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the DXi product line. This is a strategic, global-facing role that involves collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, and customers to ensure the product stays competitive and delivers value to enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and maintain a compelling, customer-driven product roadmap aligned with business goals. Prioritize features and investments based on market trends, customer needs, and business impact. 🔹 Customer and Market Insights Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and customer feedback analysis. Translate insights into product differentiation and innovation opportunities. 🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful product delivery. Serve as the product champion and key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. 🔹 Requirement Definition Develop clear and actionable product requirements, specifications, and user stories. Ensure alignment between customer needs, technical feasibility, and business value. 🔹 Go-to-Market Strategy Collaborate with go-to-market teams to craft launch strategies, sales enablement tools, and customer training materials. Support adoption and growth through effective product positioning. 🔹 Performance Monitoring Track and analyze product KPIs, including revenue, adoption, NPS, and customer feedback. Use insights to drive continuous product improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business , or a related field; MBA preferred . Minimum 5+ years of product management experience in data storage, backup, deduplication , or enterprise IT. Deep understanding of deduplication technologies , backup infrastructure , and enterprise storage ecosystems. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences. Experience working with globally distributed teams , particularly with U.S.-based stakeholders . Strategic, analytical thinker with the ability to turn insights into actionable product strategies.
