Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals across various technologies.
  
• Work closely with delivery managers, clients, and internal stakeholders to understand resource needs for staff augmentation.
  
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
  
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support urgent and ongoing staffing requirements.
  
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer closures.
  
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, daily MIS, and hiring reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies, processes, and timelines.
  
• Develop strong vendor relationships and manage contract staffing partners where required.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  
• Must have hands-on experience in staff augmentation hiring for contract / contract-to-hire / project-based roles.
  
• Strong understanding of various IT skills (developers, QA, cloud, data, infra, etc.).
  
• Experience with sourcing tools, ATS, and recruitment platforms.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with IT service companies or staffing agencies.
  
• Knowledge of market trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape
