Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete

  end-to-end IT recruitment cycle

  — from sourcing and screening to interviews and final selection.
• Identify top talent using

  Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical skill requirements and job expectations.
• Maintain a robust

  candidate pipeline

  for both active and future roles.
• Ensure a seamless and professional

  candidate experience

  through consistent communication and follow-up.

Requirements

• 2–5 years

  of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of

  Boolean search

  and job portal sourcing strategies.
• Good understanding of core technologies —

  Java, .NET, Python, Angular, React, DevOps, Cloud

  , etc.
• Excellent

  communication and relationship management

  skills.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
