Lead the
end-to-end architecture and design
of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Hub solutions.
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional/technical designs.
Define
solution architecture, data models, integrations, workflows, and customizations
within D365 Sales Hub.
Ensure best practices for
scalability, security, and performance
in solution delivery.
Collaborate with developers, consultants, and business analysts to implement solutions.
Oversee
migration, integration, and configuration
with other Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.).
Provide guidance on
customization vs. configuration
approaches.
Conduct
proof of concepts (POCs)
and present architecture recommendations.
Support pre-sales by providing technical expertise and solution blueprints.
Train and mentor project teams on D365 Sales Hub best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a
Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Architect
with focus on
Sales Hub
.
Strong expertise in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
modules.
Hands-on experience in
solution architecture, data modeling, and integrations
.
Knowledge of
Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
.
Experience with
Azure services, API integrations, and security models
.
Strong understanding of
Sales process automation, pipeline management, lead-to-cash cycle
.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications (preferred).
