Role Overview As a Freelance ServiceNow ITAM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) module. You will collaborate with clients to understand business needs, ensure smooth deployment, and deliver customized solutions. Key Responsibilities Implement and configure ServiceNow ITAM solutions (Hardware, Software, and Cloud Asset Management). Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
