Implement and configure
ServiceNow ITAM
solutions (Hardware, Software, and Cloud Asset Management).
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
Integrate ITAM with other ServiceNow modules and external systems.
Develop workflows, automation, and reports for ITAM processes.
Ensure compliance with asset lifecycle policies and governance standards.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support.

Requirements

Proven experience as a
ServiceNow ITAM Consultant
(freelance or full-time).
Strong knowledge of
ServiceNow platform
and ITAM modules.
Hands-on experience with
CMDB, Discovery, Software Asset Management (SAM), and Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
.
Ability to design workflows, business rules, and integrations.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
ServiceNow certification(s) preferred (CIS-ITAM, CSA, etc.).
