Job Description

What Will You Do
◆Sales Strategy s Execution
  • Own the business development pipeline for mid-market and SME clients
  • Identify opportunities through inbound leads,referrals, outbound campaigns,
and partnerships
  • Conduct product demos, map customer needs, and articulate value
propositions clearly
◆Relationship s Account Management
  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, finance heads,
founders)
  • Customize solutions and proposals based on business use cases and
credit/payment needs
  • Drive closure with strong negotiation, follow-up, and conversion strategies
◆Team Collaboration s Insights
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to share
market feedback
  • Collaborate on GTM (go-to-market) strategies, customer segments, and
messaging improvements
  • Provide inputs into pricing, positioning, and customer onboarding experiences
◆Reporting s Forecasting
  • Maintain accurate reports in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce or equivalent)
  • Track key metrics like lead velocity, conversion rates, and revenue contribution
  • Share performance insights with leadership and suggest course-corrections
where needed

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, business development, or
inside sales
  • Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle—from prospecting to closure
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (verbal + written)
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset; comfortable with CRM and reporting tools
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, financial services, or startup environments

Preferred

Bonus Points For
  • Experience selling financial products like credit cards, payments, forex, or
remittance
  • Exposure to startup sales motion—rapid iteration, multi-stakeholder selling, and
high velocity
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; able to work independently and take ownership
