Identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost reduction, and revenue growth through innovation and process optimization. Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to capitalize on emerging opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Manufacturing Management Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Oversee production planning to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed to meet production targets. Supply Chain Management Lead the end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationships. Develop and execute strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and improve overall resilience. Optimize inventory levels to balance cost savings with meeting customer demand. Production Engineering Provide leadership and direction to the production engineering team in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes and equipment. Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and flexibility in production operations. Collaborate cross-functionally to introduce new products or technologies into manufacturing. Quality Control Establish and maintain quality standards and procedures to ensure products meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations. Implement quality control systems such as statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma to monitor and improve product quality. Ensure timely conduct of root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence. Team Leadership Provide visionary leadership, mentorship, and support to the teams responsible for manufacturing, supply chain, production engineering, and quality control.
