Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including accounting, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for manufacturing activities. Develop, implement, and monitor robust cost accounting systems, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation. Ensure statutory compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and other relevant laws. manage all secretarial functions and regulatory filings (leveraging CS expertise). Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Lead the budgeting process, including production planning, cost reduction initiatives, and capital expenditure analysis. Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions, operational improvements, and growth initiatives. Manage internal controls, audit processes, and risk management across the finance function. Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders; manage investor and regulatory relationships. Supervise and mentor a small team of finance and accounts professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Support ERP implementation and process automation in finance and costing. Drive compliance with IND-AS/IFRS and corporate governance standards. Key Requirements 6–8 years of progressive experience in finance roles within the manufacturing sector. Qualified Company Secretary (CS) and Cost & Management Accountant (ICWAI/CMA). Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and statutory compliance. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) and advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage teams, drive process improvements, and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
