Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects simultaneously.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
• Manage budgets, risk assessments, and project documentation.
• Monitor performance with project management tools and ensure timely delivery.

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of the Noida office, ensuring smooth functioning across HR, Finance, IT, and Staffing.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, attendance management, leave policy implementation, and compliance.
• Optimize workflows, reduce manual processes, and implement automation where possible.
• Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.

IT Operations

• Ensure IT infrastructure stability, scalability, and security.
• Oversee system upgrades, cloud migrations, and compliance with data security standards.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve system issues and ensure seamless client project execution.

Strategic Alliances & Vendor Management

• Build and manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and partners.
• Negotiate contracts, evaluate vendors, and align external services with business needs.
• Drive co-innovation initiatives and partnerships to strengthen Codinix’s technology ecosystem.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams including IT, HR, and staffing professionals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure collaboration across departments and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, IT, Operations Management, or Business Administration

  .

Experience:

• 10+ years

  in IT project management and operations leadership.
• Proven record of managing

  complex IT projects

  and

  office operations

  independently.
• Experience with

  ERP/CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, or similar)

  .
• Strong exposure to

  cloud computing, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and digital transformation

  .
• Vendor and stakeholder management experience.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, etc.).
• Knowledge of

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  and modern IT frameworks.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
