Role: US IT Recruiter

Location: Sec-62, Noida (Onsite)

• Should have strong US recruitment background with top-notch US Staffing companies. 
• Experience in recruiting H1-B, H4EAD, GC EAD, Green Card holders and US Citizens. 
• Strong knowledge and understanding of USCIS and US staffing strategy policies and procedures. 
• Must be comfortable working in EST shift. 
• Screening resumes and prospects, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the interview process from setting interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation. 
• Previous experience interviewing and assessing potential candidates for IT and non-IT positions and assisting with on boarding processes. 
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the priority roles to be filled. 
• Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates. 
• Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making. 
• Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies. 
• Experience working with a diverse team and striving for fairness in hiring all races, genders, and ages. 
• Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates. 
• Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally. 

Qualifications

• Graduate/ Post-Graduate 
• Must have 2-6 years of experience in IT staffing. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Must be good at Excel and reporting.
