Job Summary

We are hiring a US IT Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in US staffing to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job portals and referrals
• Screen, submit, and follow up with candidates
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipeline
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
• Maintain daily recruitment reports
• Work on freshers, Master's students, OPT,CPT, Green Card

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in US IT Recruitment
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with US hiring process and job portals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
