Description We are seeking a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to start their career in recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for our clients in the US market. Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit candidates for IT positions in the US market. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the role. Maintain a database of potential candidates and track recruitment metrics. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Skills and Qualifications Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, including software development, networking, and cybersecurity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in using recruitment software and online job portals. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively. Basic knowledge of US employment laws and regulations related to hiring.
