US IT RECRUITER

As a US Technical Recruiter at Infojini, your role will involve sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to fulfill our organization's staffing requirements. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and conducting technical screenings and interviews. Your proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software will be essential in building and maintaining a robust pipeline of IT talent for current and future hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions. - Source and screen candidates through multiple channels utilizing Boolean search techniques. - Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to understand job requirements. - Conduct technical screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and soft skills. - Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. - Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software effectively. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent. - Hands-on experience with Federal and commercial clients. - Work on Contract, Contract to Hire, and Fulltime positions for various clients. - Experience with State Clients. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. - Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role. - Strong understanding of IT roles and technical terminology. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
