Job Summary:

We are seeking 2+ years of an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter with expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for nursing and allied healthcare positions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US healthcare system, strong communication skills, and proven experience working with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare staffing agencies. 

Responsibilities:

1.Sourcing & Screening:

·      Identify qualified candidates for nursing and allied healthcare roles through job boards and social media platforms 

·      Review resumes and assess candidates’ credentials, certifications, and experience to match job requirements. 

2.Talent Acquisition:

·      Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for nurses and allied healthcare professionals radiologists). 

·      Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' clinical expertise, soft skills, and suitability for client requirements. 

3.Client Collaboration:

·      Partner with healthcare facilities and staffing agencies to understand hiring needs and build strong client relationships. 

·      Provide clients with shortlisted candidates who meet their specific requirements, including licensing and compliance standards. 

4.Compliance Management:

·      Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and reference verifications. 

5.Candidate Engagement:

·      Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. 

·      Negotiate salary, benefits, and contracts in line with client guidelines and market trends.

6.Data Management:

·      Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment activities using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). 

·      Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and placement rates. 

Key Qualifications:

·      Minimum 2+ years of US healthcare recruitment, specializing in nursing and allied positions. 

·      Familiarity with US healthcare standards, including licensure and certification processes for nurses and allied professionals. 

·      Proficiency in ATS platforms and job boards.
