Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Recruiter at Med Ninjas located in Noida. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of various healthcare facilities. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients. Qualifications Recruitment, HR, or Talent Acquisition experience Knowledge of healthcare industry and staffing requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Understanding of regulatory compliance in healthcare staffing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
