The ideal candidate will have extensive experience at the President or Senior Leadership level in the pharmaceutical industry, driving business expansion, market leadership, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Spearhead strategic growth and P&L management across acute and chronic therapy portfolios. Lead business expansion and diversification initiatives, including new market penetration . Drive sales & marketing excellence , leveraging digital transformation and people development strategies . Oversee multi-functional teams , ensuring alignment with corporate vision and business objectives. Strengthen operational efficiency , enhance profitability , and maximize market share .
