Sales Manager/Sales Executive

You will play a crucial role as a Sales Manager in our team, ensuring that we meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets, and stay competitive and innovative in the marketplace. Your main responsibilities will include maximizing the potential of our sales team, developing sales plans, and presenting these plans to upper management for approval. - Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the sales team - Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and maintain a strong market presence - Lead recruitment, goal setting, training, and performance evaluation of sales representatives - Cultivate enduring customer relationships by understanding their needs and collaborating closely with them - Deliver sales, revenue, and expense reports along with accurate forecasts to the management team - Stay alert to emerging markets, market trends, new products, and competitor activities To excel in this role, you should have: - A basic degree - Proven success as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or surpassing targets - Dedication to ongoing learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences - Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels - Demonstrated ability to guide the sales process from planning to closure - Sound business acumen and industry knowledge - Exceptional mentoring, coaching, and team management capabilities Candidates with experience or knowledge of educational institutions will be given preference for this full-time position.
