Your responsibilities will include outbound prospecting, demo delivery, pipeline management, and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Drive Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by prospecting, closing new business, and growing revenue within named accounts. - Outbound Prospecting: Source high-quality leads through cold outreach, networking, and industry events. - Hunter Mentality: Proactively identify opportunities, navigate organizational structures, and approach prospects strategically to win new business. - Demo Delivery: Conduct high-value demonstrations of the product to new prospects with confidence. - Pipeline Mastery: Manage your pipeline and accounts meticulously in Salesforce for accurate tracking of opportunities and forecasting. - Client Relationships: Collaborate with customer success managers to onboard clients and ensure alignment with service agreements. - Brand Evangelism: Represent Multiplier at key industry events and act as a brand evangelist. Qualifications Required: - Proven Success in Sales: Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years focused on outbound prospecting and exceeding quotas consistently. - Nice-to-have: 2+ years of experience in the EOR/HR industry. - Hunter Mentality: Demonstrated track record of securing net-new logos and excelling in high-activity, outbound-focused sales roles. - Industry Expertise: Experience in selling to scaling tech companies and established network of relevant contacts. - Multithreading Experience: Ability to engage multiple stakeholders within mid-market or enterprise accounts. - Organizational Excellence: Exceptional pipeline management skills with proficiency in land and expand strategies. - Growth Mindset: Proactive problem solver with a passion for learning and adapting in a fast-growth environment.
