As the Zonal Business Head at Magicbricks, you will be responsible for leading sales operations in your designated region to drive growth strategies and ensure market dominance. Your primary focus will be on acquiring, managing, and cultivating relationships with Category B and C real estate developers and brokers. Your key tasks will include achieving ambitious business targets, boosting net sales, and unlocking new revenue streams through Magicbricks" diverse product offerings. - Strategic Oversight: Devise and implement innovative annual and quarterly sales strategies to exceed targets and drive regional expansion. - Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and guide a high-performing team of Account Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. - Relationship Management: Forge and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution. - Product Development: Collaborate with product teams to enhance offerings based on market demands and ensure seamless coordination among team members. - Industry Expertise: Utilize your real estate or digital advertising experience and developer connections to strengthen Magicbricks" market presence. - Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive dynamics to strategically position Magicbricks for sustained success. - Leadership Excellence: Lead by example with exemplary work ethics, professionalism, and a focus on continuous improvement and ethical conduct. - Dynamic Approach: Demonstrate a proactive and dynamic business approach with strong market analysis capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a drive for revenue growth while upholding integrity standards.
