Senior HCM Presales Consultant

Role Overview: Darwinbox is seeking a Solution Consultant to join their team dedicated to enabling end-to-end HR digital transformation for customers. As a Solution Consultant, you will work as part of an agile team, conducting discovery calls and product solutioning to help clients streamline their business processes using the Darwinbox HCM suite. Your role will involve developing value propositions, leading RFP responses, and conducting demonstrations to showcase the benefits of the Darwinbox solution to potential clients. You will also be responsible for building trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and continuously upgrading your skillset. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in discovery workshops to gather and document business requirements, including processes and work practices. - Assist in developing value propositions and messaging for customers in collaboration with the sales team. - Champion Darwinbox value-based solutions, communicate them to customers, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders through various formats. - Lead RFP responses and develop solution overviews aligning customers" business initiatives with the Darwinbox HCM solution. - Conduct impactful demonstrations of the Darwinbox HCM solution during customer evaluation processes. - Build expertise in specific industries and present the value of Darwinbox HCM to customers in those industries. - Establish trusted-advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and influencers. - Research and highlight the advantages of Darwinbox HCM over legacy ERP and other SaaS systems. - Continuously upgrade your skillsets and knowledge through learning opportunities provided by Darwinbox. Qualifications Required: - 2 to 8 years of experience in HCM Consulting or HRBP role, preferably as a Consultant or Senior Consultant. - MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant work experience. - Experience in value-based selling within an HCM Consulting environment. - Proven ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives. - Ability to understand client pain points and propose effective solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,
